Brighter Connections is a team of passionate, empathetic professionals, focussed on providing the right support for those living with disabilities and delays. We put our clients and their families at the centre of everything we do, offering the services they need to achieve their goals.

Brighter Connections was founded to meet the needs of children and young people with disabilities and delays through Support Coordination. Fast forward to 2021 and we now offer a variety of services assisting children, young people and their families, to facilitate real change in their lives.

Petrina Thompson

Founder

Petrina is focussed on providing the highest quality service. She uses her skills to assist staff in providing a level of care that empowers clients to overcome marginalisation and disadvantage.

Mikaela Thompson

Manager of Business Support Services

Drawing on her experience in Customer and Human Services, as well as her life, Mikaela ensures front-facing staff are well supported with all resources they need to succeed.

Carlton Lang

Manager of Operations

Carlton has over 15 years’ experience in leading teams that support children, young people and their families to live their best lives.

Christina Taimani

Administrator

Christina brings strong interpersonal skills and the ability to ensure all administrative functions are executed efficiently and effectively.
